Glen Oaks Community
Glen Oaks Community is designed for Active, 55+ adults in beautiful Clear Lake, Iowa, featuring TimberCrest Apartments for rent and The Terraces Townhomes for purchase. Glen Oaks offers exceptional modern amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, fitness center, gymnasium, community center, walking trails, and more! Nestled between rolling hills and vast green spaces, Glen Oaks offers a variety of unique and accessible layouts, ensuring paramount comfort and quality of life.
Thrift Services
Thrift Services is comprised of three thrift stores and a global market recycling business. The first thrift store, located in Clear Lake, opened in 1973, then in 2012 a Fort Dodge store opened, and most recently a Waterloo location was added to the fleet of locations. The recycling business, Thrift Solutions, focuses on selling unsold store merchandise on the global market. Unsold items come from One Vision Thrift Stores and 70+ partner thrift stores across north and central Iowa and southern Minnesota where One Vision collaborates to pick up their surplus merchandise.
